| The Pavilion Paintings are based on a series of small architectural pavilion models. Each panel depicts a select detail of the architectural model. In some paintings the forms and space are clearly
articulated with hints of the landscape beyond the model, in other panels the space of the model functions as a frame/window to the chaotic views of the city beyond.
